For advise and suggestion from Community, you must provide more specific information, system model, diagnostics result. For generic troubleshooting and resolution, follow instructions below:
Check in BIOS and if the power adapter is not recognized, replace it.
With a known good power adapter and BIOS still does not recognized, replace DC power-in jack.
If battery report, shows the battery health is degraded, replace it.
If the issue is persisted after all troubleshooting steps above, the motherboard is faulty. replacement option has to be evaluated before making decision.
