USB key no working properly on ThinOs 9.4.3087

Hello,

I encounter a problem with USB redirection on Wyse 3040 version 9.4.3087 (Work on my old 8.X Wyse).

The only way to have USB redirection working is to plug the USB key, restart the Wyse and log into user session.

If the key is unplug during the session, the reconnection doesn't work. Even the process of disconnecting the user's session and reconnecting doesn't work.

Does anyone have an idea on this ?

Thanks for your help.

Turn out it was the "Activate USB redirection" that need to be deactivated.

Hello everyone, we have a fleet of WYSE/DELL thin clients, specifically the 3040 and Optiplex 3000 models,
here at the University of French Polynesia.
Here are the installed versions: ThinOS 2308 (9.4.3087), BIOS: 1.13.2, View Horizon package: 2306.8.10.0.21964631.6, PCoIP 23.04.1.13.
USB redirection on the Optiplex works with PCoIP and a VM in Windows 7. However, with Windows 11 BLAST or PCoIP, USB redirection does not work.
I've also checked the PCoIP GPOs, but I don't have the option "Configure PCoIP USB allowed and unallowed device rules."
Thank you in advance for your help.
