(male) connector that connects to the computer or Android device and a DB9
(male) connector that connects to a serial peripheral. With data transfer rates
to 230 Kbps, it’s ideal for use with a wide range of applications including PDAs,
digital cameras and more. No external power source is required, and remote wake
up and power management functions of devices are supported. Superior design and

The U209-000-R works with Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, 7, Server 2008, 8, 8.1, and Server 2012; Mac OS X 10.6 - 10.9; and Linux Redhat 7.3, 8.0 and 9.0 operating systems. The U209-000-R is also compatible with Android smartphones and tablets with USB Host Mode (OTG) support and Android OS version 3.2 and above. Note: Android devices require a USB Host Mode (OTG) cable (such as Tripp Lite's U052-06N) to connect the U209-000-R to the device.Double-Shielded Cable
